7/62 is a working brewery, but is also a taproom, a patio, and a retail store – a complete experience through which we
honour the ancient craft of beer-making and the history of the community that we call home. Our mission is to brew
“Simply Good Beer” – to avoid faddish extremes and use straightforward processes to produce high-quality beer from
simple ingredients, and to brew it in styles that appeal to our customers.

Our vision is to build a great business at the heart of the community. We choose our suppliers carefully – wherever
possible supporting local artisans, local craftspeople, and local farmers – building on traditional skills and contributing
to the local economy. We love beer, and we love our community – -and it shows!
We offer several core beers, which are usually available by the glass in our taproom, with rotating seasonal and specialty
brews. We also sell “to go” in cans, growlers and squealers, subject to availability. Core beers are complemented by
specialty and seasonal brews.
