MEET ANGIE SMITH, OWNER OF OATS AND HONEY BULK FOODS
Since 2018, Oats and Honey has served the Madoc and surrounding area, painted in pea green and butter yellow, the shop
has become a destination not only for bulk foods like spices, soup mixes, baking ingredients, nuts, chocolate and candy, but
also for quirky and humorous kitchen accessories. An entire wall of Oats and Honey is dedicated to unique accessories and
décor with a cooking and/or baking theme. There’s also reusable water bottles, coffee and tea mugs.
The store offers unique product lines from Fred and Friends, Blue Q and
Danica, among others. The accessories include tea towels, mixing bowls, tea
and coffee mugs, oven mitts, and more. Oats & Honey has risen above a few
challenges since opening. Having to endure the road construction in 2019, and
going through the pandemic. This has not stopped the flow of traffic.
Angie is always sourcing out new things, and loves the feedback she receives
