All entries must be in the correct section.
All exhibitors to be bonafide producers of maple products.
NOTE: MAPLE SYRUP BELOW 66 BRIX WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

Prizes: 1st—$20; 2nd—$15; 3rd—$10, unless otherwise specified

1. Maple Syrup, Ontario Grade A , Golden, one 250-ml. Kent Bottle
2. Maple Syrup, Ontario Grade A, Amber, one 250-ml. Kent Bottle

3. Maple Syrup, Ontario Grade A, Dark, one 250-ml. Kent Bottle
4. Maple Syrup, Ontario Grade A, Very Dark, one 250-ml. Kent Bottle

NOTE: There must be two or more entries in each class, to be counted in the 4 classes. Trophy
donated by: O’Hara Sugar Maples to the highest scoring syrup in any of the 5 classes.
5. Soft Sugar, one 125-gram box of small pieces.

6. Hard Sugar, one 125-gram block

7. Maple Butter, one icebox jar, 250 ml. size
8. Stir Sugar—Displayed in one 250ml Icebox Jar
