IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
This is an important announcement concerning the GOOD FOOD BOX delivery to
Marmora Pentecostal Church. The next delivery is on Tuesday, May 3rd from 2:30 to
5pm. Drive through pick up. Prior to the restrictions brought on by COVID-19, all
orders had to be pre-paid, payment due the day you ordered. EFFECTIVE WITH THE
JUNE ORDER (June 7th) you must pay for that order in advance.
If you are picking up on May 3rd, you will need to pay for that order PLUS pay in
advance for the June 7th order.
I understand that not everyone carries extra cash with them, so you can come in any
Wednesday to pay for your order (10am to 2pm) OR you may send me an e transfer. My

This change isn't easy for some people. I understand, so if you want to talk to me about
how to move forward, please call me at the Church. I am available every Wednesday
from 10am to 2pm. The Church phone number is 613-472-3219. You can also contact me

If you ordered for May 3rd, we will be giving you a letter about this change.
Large brown paper bag of veggies is $10
Smaller brown bag of fruits is $5
Each month may be a bit different, but always good value for the price!!
Order as much as you can use. The May order goes in this Wednesday at NOON.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: SUMMER LABOURERS
Municipality of Marmora and Lake Transportation Department - Two (2) Summer Labourers
The Municipality of Marmora & Lake invites applications for two (2) summer positions with the Transportation
Services/Parks & Recreation Department. The successful applicants will be required to work as Labourers and will report
to the Manager of Transportation Services/Parks & Recreation. The successful candidates are required to work from May
2022 to August 2022.
These positions are being applied for under the Canada Summer Jobs Grant program which requires that the successful
candidates are between the ages of 15 - 30 years old. Please note the availability of these positions is subject to funding
approvals and COVID restrictions. Qualified candidates should submit their resumes in confidence by Friday, May 6, 2022,
