My law enforcement connection
My husband is a retired police ser- geant who served for 32 years, and our son is a current Illinois state trooper.
What inspired you to become a realtor?
In 2005, my company was moving to Florida. I was not. So I decided, just as the market was taking a downturn, that I should become a realtor. I would have a flexible schedule and would never have to worry about being employed. What I learned was that I would have to work harder than I ever did working for an employer.
The key to being a successful realtor is...
My strategy is to serve our servants. My clients become friends. I accompany you through each step of the buying or selling pro- cess. I take caring for you very seriously. My job is to ensure that you feel supported and guided as we proceed through one of the largest financial decisions you will ever make.

I believe what I do to help you benefits you for years to come. The buying process includes getting you pre-approved, view- ing properties, submitting your offer, negotiating best pricing, scheduling and attending your inspection. I am your connection to your attorney, the listing agent, inspectors, etc. I attend your final walkthrough and closing.
As your listing agent, I bring my expertise by sharing the mar- ket value of your home. I’ll suggest changes to your home that will prepare it to be picture ready. I order the yard sign, schedule and attend your photo shoot, have brochures made and oversee your social media campaign and internet presence. Showing ap- pointments are scheduled through me. I try to alleviate the stress of the process.
Police officers are my favorite people to work with. You make me proud to assist you. Many of you are my friends. All of you are in my heart and prayers daily. You are my “Everyday Heroes” and I am honored to serve you.
