The Start
Pirouz started HomeOne out of a great history of working years in
the residential real estate market while also successfully creating
several projects as a builder/developer.

Growing farming as part of a large extended family, at 18 he took
the hard work ethic he learned and moved to city of Shiraz for
a better opportunities. Upon moving he obtained his real estate
license at age 18 and then completed his university studies.

While in Real Estate school he met his first mentor, the most
successful Real Estate Broker in Shiraz, the Chairman of the Real
Estate Commission. Pirouz approached him for a job. but was told
“no, you are too young”. Pirouz convinced the Chairman to give
him an opportunity. In a short time, though young, he achieved
success while building a great reputation.

In just a few years he was on his own with new projects. His first
was a six story Condominium with twenty-four units. He was
hooked! “I loved the feeling of building something that makes
others’ lives better, helping them to achieve their dream.” That
great experience gave life to developing many more projects
including several high-rise condos.

Move to America
He and his wife, an attorney he met who was representing the
other side of a transaction, began to travel the world and fell in
love with America. They both knew we would have to start over
if they moved here. Yet with the American Dream in front to them
they made the leap moved to Houston. “We wanted the freedoms
and opportunities that are here in America.”
