YELLOW CHRISTMAS ROSE A
STEP 1: Basecoat with Medium, Light, 2 Low Dark Green. (Refer to Diagram 1.)
STEP 2: While still wet, apply Dark and XXX Highlight (refer to Diagram 2.)
STEP 3: After dry, apply /// on green tip of each flower. To make the tip darker, apply second time.
Make darker with Dark of Rose B. If more dark is need- ed, use Low Dark of Rose B.
STEP 4: Allow surface to dry, then accent with a very small amount of Indian Yellow in △△△ area. (Refer to Dia- gram 2.) Wipe off extra paint with paper towel. Use liner brush with Titanium White+Cadmium Yellow Pale (1:tch) for flower vine.
GREEN CHRISTMAS ROSE B
STEP 1: Basecoat with Light, Medium and Dark. (Refer to Diagram 1.)
STEP 2: While still wet, apply Dark in medium area, Low Dark in dark area.
STEP 3: After dry, apply /// area with 2nd Low Dark, XXX area with Highlight. △△△ area with Accent. (Refer to Diagram 2.)
STEP 4: Use liner brush with Titanium White+Cadmium Yellow Pale (1:tch) for flower vine on highlight area.
CHRISTMAS ROSE C, D, AND E
Use Rose A color mixes for Rose C and E. Use Rose B color mixes for Rose E.
All Step-by-Steps are same for Roses A and B. (Refer to Diagrams 1 and 2 for color placement.)
FLOWER CENTER
STEP 1: Use no. 6 shader with Dark. Sideload to create a
jagged look.
STEPS 2 & 3: Add dots with no. 0 round brush using Low Dark, Medium, Light, and Highlight.
