 and then to the small cabin with the yellow lights. From that point, your eye can comfortably leave the painting the way it came in or it can also comfortably slide over the two boats and leave by the grass or by the intentional diagonal dark cracks in the rocks. Even the large boulder at the bot- tom right was planned, as it balanced the cabin. This is an example of my Radial Energy Skyscape technique. I hope

       Keith Sluder is a master watercolorist, cover artist, degreed designer, travel-teacher in nine states, lecturer, muralist, consultant, and former gallery owner. He is one of the most versatile artists in the country today; con- sidered an expert in all water-based media (watercolor, acrylic, gouache, casein, matte acrylic, egg tempera, inks), oils, pastels, and graphite pencil. Keith paints twelve subject matters: dynamic landscapes, wildlife, portraits, native american, architectural, enchanted visions, seascapes & lighthouses, still life, americana, whimsical, art nouveau, & fantasy designs.
After a forty-year career as a successful international artist, Keith has turned to travel-teaching. He genuinely
cares about his students and it gives him a great feeling of accomplishment to know that he’s helping to raise their skill levels. Keith tries to give his students everything he can in every class he teaches.
On Keith’s website, there is a growing number of instructional DVDs and CDs containing step-by-step instructions of his original techniques along with detailed sketches and painted pictures.
