artist’s sketch
Donna Ruff Myers tda is a Heritage Teacher and
a DecoArt Helping Artist. She began painting in
1986, and in 1997 began teaching at Guilford
Technical Community College. Donna taught at
GTCC for several years, and is now teaching lo-
cally at First Presbyterian Church. She also painted
glassware for an exclusive gift shop for nine years.
Donna became an SDP member in 1999, and achieved her TDA in 2009. She is a member of the Triad Decorative Painters of North Carolina chapter. Although originally from Pennsylvania, Donna and her husband, Bob, have lived in North Carolina since 1985.
