FLOWER
Using the flora round, base the flower petals with Ver- milion. Start at the tip of the petal, touch to create the point, then pull and press down to create the thickness. Load the same brush with Titanium White and highlight the petals using the same motion of the brush. Clean the brush, then load it with Vermilion and pull darker highlights from the center. Base the flower center with Raw Sienna. Create tex- ture by tapping on Titanium White with the filbert.
LETTERING
Using chisel brushes, base the letters and bicycle frame with Vermilion. Load the round with Titanium White to dry-brush accents on the top and left sides of all the letters and bicycle frame. Repeat to enhance. Deepen the bottom and right sides with another layer of Vermilion. Using the anglular brush, float Cobalt Turquoise Hue below and to the right of all the letters and bicycle frame.
BICYCLE
Paint the seat and handle grip with Cobalt Turquoise Hue. Highlight the top edge with Titanium White. Very lightly shade the bottom edges with a wash of Vermilion.
Paint the flower basket with Raw Sienna. With the fil- bert, add touches of Titanium White to indicate the bas-
ket weave. When dry, shade below the flower area, down the left side, and across the bottom of the basket with Burnt Umber.
Load the round with Green Gold to paint loose leaves in and hanging down the basket. Load the dirty brush with Viridian Green Hue to define the leaves. Load the toe of the round brush with Vermilion and dab in flowers. Pick up Titanium White on the dirty brush and dab in flowers again to create loose shading and indication of details on the flowers.
LINEWORK
Load the liner with thinned Burnt Umber and outline all of the letters, bicycle seat, handlebars, basket, spokes, foreground leaves, vines, tendrils, and flower petals. Add squiggles in the flower center. Also, paint tiny indications of leaves in the bouquet in the basket.
BUBBLE TEXTURE
Coat the bubble wrap stamp randomly with Cobalt Turquoise Hue. Using your hand, not handle, apply the stamp onto the background area around the lettering and flowers. These will be partial imprints, not the complete image. Add Green Gold to the stamp for additional color and repeat.
