GOUACHE
Red+Permanent White. Dab on four or five petals for each pink flower. Load the brush with a purple mix of Perma- nent Alizarin Crimson+Permanent White+Indigo Blue and create slightly smaller purple flowers. Add flower center dots with the tip of the brush using a brush-mix of Perma- nent Alizarin Crimson+Indigo Blue+Spectrum Yellow.
THANK-YOU CARD
LETTERING
You’ll use Permanent White and the no. 3 round for this card. First paint the lettering. Let dry.
BORDER
STEP 1: Use a pointed nib to create S-strokes.
STEP 2: Attach a C-stroke to each S-stroke head. Con- nect each two adjacent S-strokes with two straight lines. Use a no. 3 round to make flower petals. Try to make dif- ferent sizes and shapes.
STEP 3: Attach more C-strokes and dots with the pointed pen. Use Stickles to add the center of each flower.
