SDP INVOLVEMENT (PAST AND PRESENT): After earning my MDA, I served as a judge for the Certification Program. I was elected to the Board of Directors for SDP in 2014 and re-elected in 2016.
CHAPTER AFFILIATION: I am a founding member of the Rocky Mountain Hi chapter of SDP, encompassing metro-Denver. We celebrated our 45th anniversary last June. I have served as president for 7 terms, as well as serving in many various chapter BOD positions. One of my greatest joys is leading a team of excellent, devoted teachers as we conduct free art classes to adults who are dealing with traumatic brain injuries.
