PAINTING TIPS
ROTATING TECHNIQUE:
Colors are applied using a round point brush or a cat’s tongue paint- brush. The colors are applied with the round point brush in a rotating manner. First, apply one color on the surface, and then blend both colors together. Clean and dry the brush. Using a mop brush in a rotating mo- tion integrate both colors.
WET-ON-WET: Painting with a wet surface and watery paint. Dampen the surface with a Jansen Art Ex- tender to make it easier to tone down the colors. This technique can also be done by diluting a bit of the paint with water, so that it will give paint a transparent appearance.
