    PREPARATION
STEP 1: Slightly dampen your cloth with alcohol and clean your bottle by rubbing it with the damp cloth. Let the object dry completely.
STEP 2: Apply a uniform basecoat of Thunder Blue to the bottle or glass surface using a no. 1 flat brush. Let dry completely.
STEP 3: Place the stencil over the painted surface and se- cure it with masking tape. Make sure the masking tape is secure so that there is no movement while you are working. Use the round flat bristle brush to apply the Blue Sapphire by softly patting over the stencil to transfer the design over the painted surface. Slowly take off the tape. Let the Blue Sapphire dry completely.
STEP 4: Sketch your design over the previously painted surface using your sketching paper and your pencil.
