Print out the Bike Postal Stamp (See page 38) onto heavyweight laser paper. Coat the paper on both sides with Multi-Purpose Sealer. When dry, decoupage the pa- per on an angle using the DecouPage medium. Roll over with a brayer to remove all air bubbles. When dry, apply one coat of Ultra Matte Varnish to the top.
RED AREAS: The colors may have been altered during printing so apply one coat of Cadmium Red to all the red areas. Dry-brush the first highlight with Cadmium Red +Terra Coral (1:1) using a no. 2 Monza round. Float to

shade with Tomato Red. Add a second highlight with Terra Coral using a no. 0 Monza round. Float to add a second shade with Rookwood Red. Very lightly apply White Poly- chromos colored pencil as the lightest highlight. Add dots of Titanium White glints over the lightest highlight using a no. 00 script liner. Glaze the darkest areas with Black Plum. LIGHT GRAY AREAS: Float the handle bars and wheel with Slate Grey. Using a small flat brush add Titanium White highlights with a back-to-back float to the wheel. Dry-brush the handle bars using a no. 0 Monza round.
