  LEAVES
The leaves are created with the 1⁄2" or 3⁄4" Floral Bright. Choose the appropriate brush for the size of leaf being paint- ed. The lightest areas of the leaves are Sap Green+Cadmium Yellow Light, and Sap Green+Ultramarine Blue for the dark- est. Double-load the brush with the light area mix and Cad- mium Yellow Light. Keep the Cadmium Yellow Light to the right edge of the leaf, or to the outside edge of where a leaf folds or bends. Next, add a bit of Titanium White to the Cad- mium Yellow Light that is already on the brush, and add final highlights to the leaves’ folds and edges.
