LET’S PAINT
BASECOAT
Using Snow (Titanium) White, apply several coats to the wings. Undercoat all areas of angel (i.e. skin, hair, clothes, etc.) in Flesh Tone and allow to dry thoroughly.
Basecoat the bird, belt, and hair bow with Turquoise Blue; the Fairy Godmother’s hair bun, the bird’s beak and feet, and all the stars with Moon Yellow. Using Peony Pink, basecoat the Fairy Godmother’s shoes and dress.

(Note: If you change the dress color to your personal preference, be mindful of the other colors used on the dress and throughout the design.) Basecoat the sticks at the top and the bottom of the banner with Honey Brown. Using Foliage Green, basecoat all the leaves.
Add all the detail pattern lines, including the star badge.
