Lymington Fields School
The Project
Lymington Fields is a new 10,000 square metre
combined Primary and Secondary School on an urban
regeneration development site.
The development is a new “L” shaped building,
comprising of a 2-storey Primary School and a 3-storey
Secondary School with shared kitchen and assembly /
dining hall facilities, as well as a new sports hall.

Our Role
Mechanical and Electrical Services design and
associated consultancy services relating to the proposed
OUR projects
new teaching facilities.
Technical/ Factual Statements
• A CHP unit has been installed to provide hot water
for the school.
• On the completion of the Lymington Fields site the
Robert Clack Academy will be the largest school
campus in Europe.
• All of the classrooms and major teaching spaces
are provided with natural ventilation through the
breathing buildings NVHR systems.
