TEACHERS DAY
Teachers' Day is observed in India on September 5 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr.
Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. To carry forward this tradition, our college celebrated this occasion with much
vigor and enthusiasm. Dr.S.Madhavi, in her speech, said that a good teacher is a pillar in the life of students.
She emphasized on devotion, determination and dedication of a teacher for this profession. All the lecturers,
expressed their views on role of teachers and said that a teacher has to move with changing time and adapt
changes in teaching.
Exploring the Cosmos: Chandrayaan Mission Utsav
at VSR Govt Degree College, Movva, 07-09-2023
The Chandrayaan Mission Utsav is a one-day event organized by Department of Physics, on 07-09-
2023, providing students with a comprehensive insight into India's lunar exploration endeavors and the
incredible achievements of the Chandrayaan missions. It will also serve as an excellent platform for students
to gain Knowledge on Lunar Activities.
Inaugural Address: The event commenced with an inaugural address by the Head of the Department of
Physics, Dr. N. Krishna Mohan highlighting the significance of space exploration and the role of
Chandrayaan missions in India's space journey.
