BREAST HEALTH AWARENESS DRIVE
The Department of English hosted a Breast Health Awareness Drive on February 23rd and 24th,
emphasizing the importance of early detection and prevention. Gathered women farmers/coolies from the
near fields and explained them of the necessity of self check to find out the symptoms of breast Cancer to
save themselves from this fatal disease... created awareness among them and they all responded positively
and clarified their doubts...and we are able to clear their doubts....gave the pamphlet printed under the our
esteemed institution. They appreciated the efforts of our college showing concern for the welfare of women.
They asked us to visit again then they can gather more women because life a woman is precious because it's
the treasure for the rest of the family. Through informative sessions and outreach initiatives, the campaign
aimed to educate participants about breast health, empowering them to prioritize regular screenings and self-
examinations. By raising awareness and promoting proactive health practices, the event contributed to
fostering a culture of wellness and well-being within the community.
