NATIONAL SCIENCE DAY
National Science Day celebrations at VSR Government Degree College (VSR GDC) in Movva were
held under the esteemed chairmanship of Vice Principal Smt. K.R. Manjula. The event commemorated the
discovery of the Raman Effect by Indian physicist Sir C.V. Raman on February 28, 1928.
The celebrations at VSR GDC Movva aimed to promote scientific temper and inspire students to
pursue scientific inquiry and innovation. The celebration provided a platform for students to enhance their
scientific knowledge, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
Vice Principal Smt. K.R. Manjula emphasized the importance of scientific research and its impact on
