02-2 This project is a commercial mall located in a prime area of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, designed to offer a vibrant and engag-

ing shopping experience. The mall spans a land area of 1,806 m² and consists of a ground floor and two additional floors.
SEA The concept of the mall is centered around outdoor areas, promoting a connection with nature and creating an inviting,

open-air atmosphere for visitors to enjoy while shopping or dining.
MALL he mall features 15 retail shops, offering a diverse range of products, and more than 10 restaurants and coffee shops, pro-

viding ample options for dining and leisure. This diverse mix of retail and food establishments caters to various tastes and
