Make it a Conversation!
• You need to engage good conversations to Coach your employees and to
make them more successful
• Not you telling them what they need to do, but more guiding them through
their daily and short-term tasks, or even telling them what they did well
• Remember, Coaching is about them, it must be a
conversation!
• Use your Webcam. It is not quite the same as being
across the table, but it is the next best thing to being
there!
