FIRST TIME LOG IN
1. You will receive an email from support@salesforce.com with a link allowing you to log in for
the first time. You may need to check your Junk Folder.
You will need to ACT FAST! The link is only valid for 72 hours.
2. Click on the link provided in the email to bring you to the Password screen,
shown here
IMPORTANT: Your username to access the RCL Forum is:
[your employee number]@reitmans.com
example: 123456@reitmans.com
**It is always @reitmans.com regardless of your current email address
3. Follow the instructions to set your Password and Security Question,
then click Change Password. Close the browser window.
4. Open a new browser window and manually enter www.rclforum.com/s/login
We recommend setting a bookmark to this page to make it easy to access in the future (set
according to your own browser instructions).
6. You will be taken to the screen below.
Log in using:
• Your Username (from Step 2)
• Password (from Step 3)
• Click on the Log In button
(you may get an error message if
you just hit ENTER)
NOTE: support@salesforce.com is only used to communicate your login info and will not respond to help
requests. Refer to Page 15 for where you can find help if needed!
