The HOME page is where you will receive the latest news and information that is Broadcast
from RCL and each of our Banners, so this should be the first place you check whenever you
log in.

1 1. Corporate Groups, DC and RHK employees will have a RCL Broadcast feed as their
landing page

2 2. All employees working for a specific Banner will see a split screen with 2/3 devoted to
their Banner Broadcast feed and 1/3 to the RCL Broadcast.

3 In the spirit of “One RCL”, ALL employees can access any banners’ Broadcast feed to stay
informed on what is happening elsewhere in the business.

Although only Broadcast managers can post to a Broadcast Feed, all employees can comment
and/or like a post on the home page.
