GROUPS
Groups let you communicate and collaborate with specific people in the organization. For
example: a store or department can have a group to share information amongst the team; if
you are working on a project, you can create a group for your project team to share project-
related files and information and post updates.
Groups have different levels of access, which are indicated next to the name of the group:
• Public: Anyone can see and add posts, comments, and files. Anyone can join a public
group.
• Private: Only group members can see and add posts, comments, and files. People must
ask to join or be added by the group’s owner or managers.
