GROUPS

Groups let you communicate and collaborate with specific people in the organization. For
example: a store or department can have a group to share information amongst the team; if
you are working on a project, you can create a group for your project team to share project-
related files and information and post updates.

Groups have different levels of access, which are indicated next to the name of the group:
            • Public: Anyone can see and add posts, comments, and files. Anyone can join a public
                group.
            • Private: Only group members can see and add posts, comments, and files. People must
ask to join or be added by the group’s owner or managers.

Your manager will share with you the groups that you will need to belong to in
order to get all the news that’s important to you in your role.

To start, look out for groups related to your banner, department, or team. Then,
you can search for subject matters that are of interest to you.
