TOPICS
This is our repository for reference documents, like policies, procedures, forms, product
knowledge, training documents, etc. Each of these documents is called an ‘Article’ and is
published by a select group of Content Managers across the business.
The most commonly discussed Topics are grouped onto the landing page, clicking on these will
bring up all discussions/articles related to that topic.
REMEMBER: The fastest and easiest way to find an article is to type a keyword into the
Search Bar.
Each Article will either be entered directly into RCL Forum or available as an attachment. You
can let us know whether you found the article helpful by clicking the ‘thumbs up’ or ‘thumbs
down’ buttons at the bottom of the page.
If you have a question relating to an article, you can click on ASK A QUESTION, complete the
relevant fields in the pop-up box, click ASK and this will start a DISCUSSION on the Topic.
Your questions can be answered by the owner of the Article, but also by anyone on the
community.
A cautionary note: Before answering a question, please be quite sure you have the right
answer!
