SET UP U BARS AS SHOWN.
WALL SETUP SHOULD NOT EXCEED 7 FEET HIGH TO ENSURE THAT ALL
CUSTOMER ORDERS ARE WITHIN REACH FOR EVERY TEAM MEMBER.
SET UP A-Z RINGS
EACH CUSTOMER ORDER IS TO BE STORED IN THIS AREA & FILED IN
ALPHABETICAL ORDER BY LAST NAME.
IDENTIFY 4 FEET OF SPACE IN YOUR BACKROOM THAT IS CLOSE TO
THE BACKROOM DOOR SO THAT YOU CAN QUICKLY RETRIEVE YOUR
CUSTOMER’S ORDER WHEN THEY ARRRIVE
