                        Associate’s awareness of customers entering the store and awareness as the customer is shopping



                        Associate is folding with head up, looking at the customer and offers them a greeting (non–peak)



                        Associate is not tasking and is getting to multiple customers (peak)




                        Associate stops tasking and provides customer service



                        Associate is doing putbacks and engaging with customers







            FITTING ROOMS



                        Associate is offering fitting rooms and sharing their name



                        Associate offers alternatives, recommendations, styling tips & additional complimentary items



                        Associate uses iPad to leverage Virtual Inventory



                        Associate asks customers if they are on our email database
