ATTRACTING TOP TALENT TO MARLBOROUGH

Marlborough businesses are struggling to recruit the skilled workforce they need to
grow/develop, we want to help by collectively raising the profile of Marlborough and
the industries here to help you gain the staff and skills you need.

As part of the Innovate Marlborough activation plan Marlborough District Council
Economic Development team along with the Chamber of Commerce and Hortus are going
to run an attraction campaign for roles $70K and above to coincide with the Marlborough
Food and Wine Festival (11th Feb).

Under the umbrella #weloveithere we want to show visitors to the region the amazing
opportunities to build a career in Marlborough. We know people are interested in the
lifestyle and 7 minute commute and we want to highlight just how diverse and exciting our
industries are.

You can be part of the campaign by signing up below.
There is a cost of $250 plus GST per company (to cover the prize and advertising set up
costs) and then advertising costs in the booklet. Please click here for details.

The Council ED team are underwriting the campaign and contributing $5K to ensure we
get underway. The more people sign up the more social advertising we will be able to do.
