                           C.   Steps
                           1. Fat Test
                             a.  Provide a piece of white paper and drip it with one drop of coconut
                               palm
                             b. Scratch the foodstuffs on the white paper next to the coconut oil
                               droplets
                             c.  Let it dry and dry using fire lest the paper burn.
                             d. Point the paper to the sunlight
                             e.  If the scratches on foodstuffs are like traces of coconut oil droplets, it
                               means the food contains fat.
                           2. Test of Amylum, Glucose, Protein.
                             a.  Crush one type of food ingredient to be tested in a lump
                             b. Add water a little so that it becomes a food solution
                             c.  Put the food solution into three test tubes, each for the test: amylum,
                               glucose, and protein.
                           Amylum Test :
                             a.  Drip the food solution with a few drops of Lugol,
                             b. Observe if there is a change in the color, record what is happening
                             c.  The color changes from blue to black, indicating that food contains an
                               amylum.
                           Glucose Test :
                             a.  Drip the food solution with a few drops of Fehling A and a few drops
                               of Fehling B,
                             b. Use wooden tongs and heated test tubes on spirits lamps.
                             c.  Observe whether there is a color change? record what happened
                             d. The color changes from yellow to brick red, meaning food contains
                               glucose.
                           7. Protein Test :
                             a.  Drip the food solution with a few drops of CuSo4 solution and some
                                drops of NaOH solution.
                             b.  Shake thoroughly
                             c.  Observe whether there is a discoloration in the solution, record what
                                happened
                             d.  If there is a change in color to purple, it means that the food ingredient
                                contains protein
