NADP e-MDP
THE PROCESS
NADP e-MDP has been designed for its for access by officers at anytime from anywhere
simplicity. It is a simple online training process asynchronously. The whole process, i.e., from
where training programs are organised by the beginning, i.e., issuing circular to all the
NADP using internet and digital platforms in units informing about the course and calling for
which officers participate synchronously on nominations till the generation of 'Certificate of

The following broad steps illustrate the whole process :
1. Circular is issued through OFB intranet (OFB COMNET) to all the units asking for
nomination of officers for participating in the training course.
2. Course Design and Development in collaboration with instructors.
3. Participating officers register online for the course.
4. NADP hosts the program through Cisco Webex platform on the specified date and time.
5. Instructors and participants log in to the virtual classroom through the Meeting ID and
Password circulated to the units and sent to the instructors.
6. Instructors deliver online lectures and share their presentations.
7. The participants interact wherever necessary during the lecture or during the Q&A
session.
8. At the end of the course, the participants submit their feedback on line about the content
and quality of the program.
9. Certificate of Participation is generated on-line in respect of participating officers and is
delivered to them online in their e-mails.
10. The video recording of the programme is uploaded onto the NADP DIGITAL REPOSITORY
“CHANNEL NADP” in the OFB INTRANET (OFB COMNET) for access by all officers.
