THE SOLUTION

Analysing the landscape of the problem situation and probable solutions; NADP came to
the conclusion that e-learning is the technological answer and the apparent emergency
response to the COVID challenge for imparting uninterrupted training experience to the
officers not only as a replacement for but as definite improvement on the class room based
traditional training model.
