On this episode Co Smitty down w Paulie Malignaggi. Malignaggi follows in a long line of
Champions from New York and particularly Brooklyn. He had a tough childhood but fortunately found his passion in
Boxing that lead him down a path to success as it has for so many fighters. Paulie talks about his childhood and some
of the great bouts of his career that could have been even greater had it not been for major injuries to his hands that
forced him to become one of the best defensive fighters of his time.

Paulie showed Smitty how movement and mind power were the keys to taking him from the
streets of Brooklyn to Championship fights in Madison Square Garden
