On this 2 part episode Co Smitty down w Nonito Donaire. Donaire grew up in the same area in
The Philippines as Manny Pacquiao but he took a different path to living his American Dream. Moving to the States as
a kid he was able to get his career started in America and he made the most of his opportunity. He too had incredible
work ethic that manifested itself into becoming one of the most dynamic power punchers in the lighter weight
divisions. Along with his wife Rachel, they became quite the dynamic power couple as well!

Nonito demonstrates how proper technique is the key to scoring knockouts especially for
smaller fighers. Incredible hand speed helps too!
