There is a “story” to go with this wedding, which is in longer audio form on our

It all happened at this same wedding in Boston!
On arriving at our prearranged lorry parking spot at S.T.Belton's yard on
Tower Road in Boston, we opened the grooms door to find that our Burmese
Cat “Philamon” had hitched a ride.

He had evidently been asleep right up front in that section above the drivers
cab and only woke and appeared after the journey had begun.
We could not hear him in the grooms area as the diesel engine of those little
lorries is incredibly noisy and in the cab with you. There was no connection
between the lorry cab and the box body.

We had to unload the horse from the box and carriage from the trailer, then
get Dinan out of the lorry cab and put the cat in there.

Once we were ready to go and collect the Bride for the wedding, we had to
put the cat back into the grooms area as it would be too hot for the cat to
remain in the cab!
After the wedding, everything was reversed to load up and finally when we
returned to the wedding reception we had a real tale to tell!
