First up will be the post race four knee’s up on the RMYS Marine
to celebrate
Mercedes IV 50th Birthday
This year is the 50th year from when Mercedes IV was launched in
Sydney in preparation for the 1975 Admirals Cup.
On Sunday, June 23rd Mercedes IV will celebrate her 50th
birthday. At the routine tie-up post-race at RMYS, Mercedes IV will
pop some bubbles to share with other like-minded yachties. If you
have time and are available, organise to walk past or tie up
alongside and raise a glass. We will have some bottles on ice to
share, some cheese and biscuits, but so we don't run out, please
bring some snacks to share and we can have a bumper "3 cheers"
