o Shake and empty the filter the following day into the waste oil container
o Plug the other side
o Make the same mixture with the other ½ can of vb35 and tap water
o Fill the filter with the mixture
o Leave the filter standing for 2 hours
o Shake and empty the filter in the waste oil container
o Flush the filter with low pressure (!!) tap water
o Reinstall the filter and, if necessary, force a regeneration
On an oil contaminated cooling system
o Add 1 vb35 to the cooling system
o Run the engine at higher revs for 10 minutes or drive the vehicle
o Drain the system and flush with water
o Fill with new cooling liquid
o Note the difference
VB38
On an engine with oil burning problems
o Add one can of vb38 to good quality oil
o Drive the vehicle for minimum 15 minutes
o Note the difference
On an engine, lubricating or hydraulic system with oil leaking problems
o Add one can of vb38 to good quality oil
o Drive the vehicle or use the system as normal for minimum 1 day
o Note the difference
On a transmission or gearbox with hard shifting problems
o Add one can vb38 to good quality oil
o Drive the vehicle as normal for minimum 15 minutes
o Note the difference
VB45
On a partially clogged DPF, FAP or CRT particulate filter and converter problems
o Measure the soot content of the filter
o Run the engine at idle
o Locate an entrance of the exhaust before the particulate filter, like the hose between the DPF pressure
sensor or the oxygen sensor
o Using the vbwt45 Applicator Hose, spray all the vb45 into the exhaust
o Switch off the engine and let the vb45 soak into the hard-baked soot deposits for
Minimum 2 hours
Best 12 hours
Maximum 24 hours
o Force a regeneration of the filter
o Measure again the soot content of the filter
o Note the difference
On external blocked diesel injectors or glow plugs
o Spray the vb45 on the deposits
o Let the vb45 soak into the hard-baked carbon deposits
o Eliminate by hand the softened deposits
o Repeat if necessary
On EGR-valves, on VGT-turbo chargers, on other hard parts
o Spray the vb45 inside the part to be cleaned
o Let the vb45 soak into the hard-baked deposits
o Start the engine and check performance of the part
o Note the difference
