The Senior Options Partner Portal now includes recordings for webinars hosted in 2018. Each user can see the documents that are pertinent to their role. The Partner Portal site is secure enough to be able to contain HIPAA and financial information for each agency.
In 2018, Senior Options welcomed Fleet Landing Home Care in Atlantic Beach, FL, Acacia Hospice in Burlington, NJ, and Mennonite Home Health in Bluffton, OH.
Strong agencies need strong leaders in order to achieve and grow, and Senior Options offers quarterly leadership webinars to
our partner agencies and their senior living communities. In 2018, webinars were held on the following topics: Recruiting, DiSC, Emotional Intelligence, Social Media Usage, and Managing Expectations.
Our Senior Options Network has told us their number
one challenge was recruitment and retention.
In late September, Senior Options hosted an annual Operations Retreat for our partners. The two-day program encompassed the areas that will strengthen each agency with focus on financial, clinical, outreach and
