    Growing the Mission
To help our partners have a better understanding and utilize home health and hospice within their own senior living communities, we developed Senior Options Continuum Management Training. The workshop not only leads to growth, but importantly, brings the leaders from each level of care together to discuss resident services, transitions, and best practices.
Senior Options has provided a market analysis to each partner. These studies measure all Medicare home health and hospice referrals going out to agencies from local hospitals and area short term skilled nursing facilities. In addition to bringing a greater knowledge of the local health care market, this has facilitated better account targeting to obtain greater market share.

Our Network of home care, home health and hospice agencies has been very busy promoting mission growth. Senior Options partners that were certified and operational in 2017 achieved a 17% increase in home health episodes in 2018. Impressively,
 there was a 54% increase in 2018 Hospice average daily census for all agencies that were certified in 2017. Our newer agencies are also doing a great job of month over month growth!!
Senior Options partners have a total of approximately 20 outreach coordinators promoting their services. We support this staff with tools for branding, weekly outreach strategy calls, and training.
Thanks to a discussion at the Senior Options’ Retreat in October we have developed additional sales training being rolled out in 2019.
