Mid-tribulation believers place the
rapture in Revelation 11, prior to the
start of the great tribulation. But this
raises two questions with this placement
in the chronology of Revelation.
First, the only ouence of the
term “great tribulation” in the entire
bk of Revelation is in 7:14, before
the opening of the seventh seal.
Second, the only reference
to a “great day of wrath” is
in Revelation 6:17, during the
events of the sixth seal.
Both references come t early for a
mid-tribulational rapture, which is timed
aording to the seventh trumpet.
The weakne of this view (like a thr
rapture views) is that the Bible does
not give a black and white detailed
timeline concerning future events.
