The Spirit and Word of God must be taken together in order to know Truth and balanced as intellect and
emotion in our lives. Our worship of God is only acceptable in this way …

“
 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit

and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship
him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” John 4:23-24 (KJV)
We cannot stress enough - - Regardless of your choice or circumstance of your Bible studies, whether
you attend a campus college or you are engaged in a distance learning Bible college (such as THBI), you
will not be able to accurately grasp the truth being taught nor gain the understanding necessary to enable
and empower you to effectively serve in the ministry role assigned to you by Christ Jesus … unless you
believe, agree with and allow the Holy Spirit to teach you!

 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might
know the things that are freely given to us of God.
Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy
Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness
unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

 These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.
But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall
