HOW IS SUCH A LOW TUITION POSSBLE?
People wonder how we can afford to do all of this at the low tuition costs we offer.
D. Primarily No Salaries Are Paid! The staff members and Ministry Directors along with qualified
Ministry Members of True Hope Ministries of America volunteer to serve in roles that a faculty would
normally be hired to take care of! Therefore, we do not need to pay staff/faculty salaries.
E. Low/No Overhead Costs! Furthermore, True Hope Bible Institute is not weighted down with
overhead and costs for:
• Spacious grounds or a big campus to support;
• Beautiful gardens to maintain;
• Huge buildings and dormitories to maintain;
• Expensive recreational facilities and equipment;
• A vast library building to keep up.
When you see lavish furnishings and extravagant decoration, guess who pays for it?
You do - - the student! THBI does not have these cost that must be paid for!
The major assets of True Hope Bible Institute are the priceless treasures of the Word of God, the
ministry directors and leaders of True Hope Ministries of America, and student satisfaction.
We operate out of relatively small offices.
If you paid us an on-site visit, all you would see are offices with our computers, shelves of Bible Courses
and filing cabinets full of records and perhaps the volunteer or part-time office help.
A great deal of our administrative services are performed via the internet.
Student Consultants are located in various cities around the U.S. and work with staff and students via
phone and internet/web conferencing - - again, no building or floor space is required at our national office
to accommodate these valuable ministers!
The THMA/THBI Reference Library is primarily digital - - thus while the physical library requires the
second most floor space in our offices, the greatest part of our hundreds and hundreds of Bibles and
Reference/Study Books are contained and accessed via the internet!
These elements all work together to provide students a high-quality Bible and Ministerial education
on a distance learning basis, at what are undeniably very affordable tuition costs.
