I. REGISTRATION FEES:

Registration fees must be paid in full and must precede or accompany your registration in order
to begin the application process to become a student of True Hope Bible Institute. There are NO
payment plans available for your registration fee.

A. ONLINE PAYMENTS - - Payments may be made by PayPal which will accept your major charge
card or your bank debit card.
1. PAYPAL ACCESS IS LOCATED ON THE T.H.B.I. WEBSITE
B. BANK INSTRUMENTS: REGISTRATION FEES MAY BE PAID USING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING METHODS
WHICH MUST ACCOMPANY – BE ATTACHED TO – THE REGISTRATION FORM.
1. MONEY ORDERS
2. CASHIER’S CHECKS
3. PERSONAL CHECKS - - Upon prior notification to, and agreement, by the THBI office.

II. TUITION PAYMENTS
Tuition payment must accompany the Enrollment Application in order for the student’s enrollment
to be processed. Enrollment Application Packages submitted to THBI without tuition being
satisfied will not be processed and after sixty (60) days, the Enrollment Package will be discarded
A. TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS - - The accepted methods of satisfying THBI tuition are:

1. TUITION PAID IN FULL: Prior to or accompanying the Enrollment Application Package
2. TUITION PAYMENT PLAN: The selection form and first payment must accompany the
student application at the time of submission – for processing of
application.
B. ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF TUITION PAYMENT - - Whether “In Full” or by a payment plan,
payments for tuition may be made by any of the following:
1. ONLINE PAYMENTS: PayPal - - may be accessed from the THBI website.

2. BANK INSTRUMENTS:
a) Bank Cashier Checks
b) Money Orders: For a maximum of $1,000.00
c) Personal Checks - - Upon prior notification to and approval by THBI office.
III. TUITION PAYMENT PLANS:

A. Monthly Plan: After the initial Registration Fee, a student may pay for his or her entire Degree
Tuition over an equal number of monthly payments.
1. Plan Selection: Students must select from a Payment Plan Schedule published/offered by THBI.
a. Students may not set their own payment terms and conditions.
2. Expectations: Monthly payments mean we expect to receive a payment each month regardless of
your progress through the course material.
a. We do not have a “pay as you go” plan – meaning you don’t pay a little bit for each course
on the submission of a course exam. The Tuition Pay Plan is a structured monthly payment
plan regardless of how many – if any – courses you complete each month.
