Scholarships may not be combined with Special Discounts.
More than ONE Special Discount is not allowed & Special Discounts may not be combined.
Some discounts may be applied to the Multi-Tier Degree Programs
I. PROGRESSIVE DEGREE PROGRAMS
A. Multiple Progressive Degrees combined into a single program at discounted tuition.
B. The Multi-Tiered Degree Programs currently offered are:
1. Multi-Tiered Master’s Program: Combines Bachelor and Master’s Degrees
2. Multi-Tiered Doctorate Program: Combines Bachelor, Master’s and Doctorate Degrees
II. MULTIPLE DEGREE PROGRAMS
A. Graduate Level Students may enroll for additional degrees of the same level as follows:
1. Multiple Master’s Degrees: 25% Discount on Tuition for each additional Master’s Degree
2. Multiple Doctorate Degrees: 40% Discount on Tuition for each additional Doctorate Degree
III. SPOUSE ENROLLMENT
A. Fees Explanation:
1. Registration Fee: Each student must pay FULL Registration Fee. THBI does not receive
discounts for the initial “hard expense” items the registration fees cover.
2. Tuition: 50% Tuition Discount for the husband or wife of the “Primary Student”
a. Primary Student - - Pays FULL Tuition
b. Second Student (spouse) - - Pays ½ Tuition
B. Enrollment Requirements:
1. Proof of Marriage must accompany enrollment application
2. Spouse must satisfy ALL eligibility and qualification requirements of THBI to enroll.
3. Spouse must enroll simultaneously with Primary Student, prior to the Primary Student’s
completion of his/her first course/module.
4. Spouse must enroll for the identical Degree Study Program as the Primary Student
a. Primary Student and Spouse must share Program Curriculum
b. Students must make copies of BLANK Exam Answer Sheets for the second student’s use
C. Completion Requirements: Are identical for both students.
1. Each student must score 70% correct answers on Course Exams
2. Each student must complete individual writing assignments per Writing Assignment Schedule
D. Student Standings: Each student maintains his/her own standing
1. Each Student’s Course Exam grades are his/her own:
a. Grades of both students are not combined
b. Grades of both students are not “averaged together” to arrive at a passing score
2. Program Failure of one student does not mean both students fail.
a. Each student either passes or fails the Degree Program
i. Each student’s grades are their own.
E. Student Termination:
1. Second Student Withdrawal: Spouse may withdraw or dropout under the terms of the
THBI Termination Policies without adversely affecting the Primary Student.
a. NO Tuition Refund for withdrawal
