Process:
Feedback is an essential part of education and training programmes. The feedback from
different stakeholders helps the University to understand the needs of the society and what
other stakeholders expect from the institution. The feedback mechanism of the University has
been reviewed and found satisfactory by TUV Nord for ISO Certification. The feedback policy
aims to implement a coherent and coordinated approach to assessment on all our programmes
and enables stakeholders to maximize their potential through assessment. This constructive
effort will lead to high quality, time bound, forward-looking performance. With this objective
the University has developed a structured feedback system.
