      THE PERFORMANCE METRICS BEST PRACTICE OF IQAC INVOLVES THE FOLLOWING



      AREAS:


          ●  Student Acquisition:

              This metric ( the data is collected on a weekly/fortnightly  basis)  for understanding the
              demography  of  the  students,  their  background,  their  academic  credentials  and  other

              relevant information required by the University for the students' learning experience and
              need  of  students  data  for  regulatory  bodies.  This  metric  also  helps  in  early  academic

              planning for the respective courses.


          ●  Curriculum:

              This metric is devised in such a way that it adopts to the global standard and ensures

              knowledge upgradation coupled with understanding of current trends in the market for
              employment and progression to higher education. It is also frequently updated keeping in

              view the rules and regulations as prescribed by the regulatory bodies. Curriculum review
              committee meets annually and discusses on upgradation and need based changes required

              in the curriculum to make it relevant to industry standards.




          ●  Teaching-Learning Content:

              University adopts various methodologies to enhance teaching -learning process through
              content  development  modules,  presentations  related  to  topics,  relevant  video

              presentations,  preparations  of  exhaustive  question  banks,  interactive  sessions  and

              additional information. Every course has a TLP based on Bloom’s Taxonomy with fixed
              rubrics for assessment. This process has helped in PO/CO mapping for optimum outcome.



          ●  Teaching-Learning Process (Core):
              The Teaching-learning process at University is an indicator of the academic preparedness

              of the faculty members. The mainstream teaching is based on a lecture method with a fixed
              timetable for tutorial hours. Remedial & Bridge classes are an integral part of the teaching-
