There are a mere 145 beachfront properties in existence stretching from Bay Colony to the end
of Gordon Pass, with only 133 presiding south of the Naples Beach Club. Our team alone has
been involved in the sale of a significant number of these, totaling over a billion dollars worth
of beachfront transactions, with $720,000,000 specifically on Gordon Drive. One of these
transactions, located at 2700 Gordon Drive, was recorded as the highest sale to ever occur along
Gordon Drive. The residence, which spanned across approximately four-acres of beachfront, closed
for $52,000,000 in January of 2021. Also of note, plans are currently underway to spend over
$100,000,000 for a new home. The Earls | Lappin Team is also pleased to have achieved the highest
sale to ever occur on the Port Royal yacht basin. The residence was located at 1672 Galleon Drive
and it closed for $46,800,000 in February of 2023. Since 2004, there have been 127 beachfront
