                                                             of Gordon Pass, with only 133 presiding south of the Naples Beach Club. Our team alone has
                                                             been involved in the sale of a significant number of these, totaling over a billion dollars worth
                                                             of beachfront transactions, with $720,000,000 specifically on Gordon Drive. One of these
                                                             transactions, located at 2700 Gordon Drive, was recorded as the highest sale to ever occur along
