After you have carted your interruptions for a four
week period, you’ll have a pretty good idea, where
they are coming from.
Remember you cannot stop all interruptions or
always control people’s behavior, but as in the title
of this chapter, you can ‘Minimize’ interruptions to
take more control of your time.
