2022-2023 Season
Annual
Membership
• Dues are $60 per person.
• Our new year begins on August 20, 2022.
• Children under the age of 18 are exempt from the Membership Fee.
• Membership cut-off is at the end of registration for the last regular-season tournament. Special exemptions
can be approved by the BOD for emergency partner changes for the championship tournament only.
• NO Saturday Morning Registration unless announced by the Tournament Director.
• Participants may mail registration to the Secretary/Treasurer before Tournament, but it's up to the
Participants to VERIFY that payment is received beforehand.
• The Tournament Entry Fee is $120 per boat for each regular & $110 per boat for each Big Mama Open
Tournament.
• Teams may pay entry fees for the entire season at the beginning of the season or remaining fees at any
time during the season.
• Team Members may Pay and Pick up tickets for other Team Members
• A TEAM MEMBER must turn in weigh ticket at the weigh-in to receive 75 points to a designated person
Paula before the cut-off for Weigh-Tickets (3:00) set by the Tournament Director. IF A TEAM MEMBER DOES
NOT TURN IN their weigh-in ticket before the cut-off time, the team will only receive 50 points for participation.
• Teams who are late or found with fish in their boat during a boat check will be disqualified—no points
awarded for participation. No entry fee refund will be refunded.
• TEAMS WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE AND EXPENSE RECAP FORMS FOR EACH EVENT AT
REGISTRATION FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED CORRECTLY AND TURNED PRIOR TO RECEIVING
WEIGH IN TICKET.
Fishing Times
• Start fishing times will be announced for each tournament, and stop fishing times will be 2:00 PM for every
Tournament UNLESS OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED BY THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR.
• Teams may be on their first fishing spot early, but teams may not drop hooks into the water until the Official
Announced Start Time. All Poles must be out of the water by Designated Stop Fishing Time
People/Pole Limits
• Teams may fish with up to EIGHT (8) poles per boat with no more than 2 hook sets per pole unless local
lake rules lower the number of poles allowed.
• Teams are allowed to fish an unlimited number of kids in the boat as long as they are under 18.
• No more than 2 adults are allowed in tournament boats at any point during the tournament hours except
for Elite Sponsors, a member of the press, outdoor writers, photographers, emergencies, assistance with
boat troubles, or assignment of a tournament observer.
Mobile Communications
• Binoculars and other magnifying devices are not allowed during Tournament Week. Underwater cameras
during competition are not allowed. VIOLATORS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
• The use of mobile communication devices such as cellular phones, marine radios, walkie-talkies, CB'S, etc., to
communicate fishing information during tournament hours is prohibited. VIOLATORS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED
• Electronic communication is allowed ONLY in the case of boat trouble, emergencies, or personal, non-fishing
related phone calls.
